Sorry but it looks to me like it was taken out the window of the bubble and you can see reflections in places and grime from the inside of the window. I'd spend a couple of hours in photoshop cleaning that up myself and then I'm still not totally convinced about the composition - all the interest points are cluttered into the bottom 3rd.
Thanks for the comments! I actually did clean it up and crop it a bit, and then decided I preferred it like this - I might put up the other version now for comparison
